My dad and I had an amazing time at Firefly Hills! We stayed at the Airbnb on site and enjoyed every second of our visit. The Snowden farmhouse is beautifully updated, the bedrooms are roomy and the beds very comfortable! Our hosts, Tonja and Troy are friendly, welcoming, helpful and expert community builders. They went out of their way to show us their hospitality, answer our questions, and guide us as we decided how to spend our time in the area. They are true visionaries who energized me during my stay. We were inspired by the natural beauty of the area and all of the opportunities for hiking, rock climbing and kayaking! We also had the pleasure of getting to know Dom, the manager on site. He is an expert community builder as well and made sure we were taken care of during our stay. We will definitely be returning to Firefly Hills to take in the beautiful scenic area and the inclusive community atmosphere of the RV park!

I had the most beautiful time at Firefly Hills!! The Beattyville area is an untouched gem only minutes from the Red River Gorge area. Firefly Hills has everything a traveling (single) or family needs, beautiful scenery and privacy close to outdoor activities, a community garden, and a large outdoor space right on the property for you to explore. Fish are in the pond, and a large farmhouse porch to sit and connect with other guests. I can't wait to bring my kids back this fall to explore more.

This was our very first stay through harvest host and we had no idea what to expect. However, Tony and Tonja exceeded all expectations!! They were very responsive and met us upon arrival. They made sure we had everything we needed and gave us a tour of their wonderful property. They even invited our teo little girls to see their baby chicks. I want to thank Tonja and Troy for their wonderful hospitality. Firefly Hills was conveniently located between our two stops at the Gorge underground and the Ark encounter. As the name implies, as soon as the sky got dark, the fireflies danced., Communication was prompt and thorough.

First, the owners of this awesome place for RV Lifer’s, Full-Time RVers and glampers are very, very welcoming! We were introduced by a post on Facebook inviting work campers. We stayed almost a month and LOVED it here! It was also fun having a hand in getting the place up and going! Tonja’s friendliness and hospitality easily made us feel right at home. The grounds are gorgeous! Yes!! .. at night (we were there around Memorial Day) the fireflies light up the hills! NO JOKE!! If you are looking for a peaceful place to stay while exploring the #Red, you will be one with nature at Firefly Hills.

We really enjoyed our stay at Firefly Hills in Beattyville KY. The host,Tonja, was so gracious and inclusive . We were invited to a group campfire and everyone was warm and welcoming. Tonja showed us all around the property and explained the plans and work in process for the RV and glamping park. The design and amenities are top quality. We would be happy to return to their beautiful location and would highly recommend Firefly Hills to anyone visiting this very scenic area of Kentucky.
